Cancellation policy
All cancellations, minumum 21 days before arrival date, will incur a 20% charge of the total stay which can be transferred to a new booking within six months.
Cancelling between 1 and 7 days before the arrival date will be charged 80% of the total stay.
Cancelling between 8 and 21 days before the arrival date will be charged 50% of the total stay.
No show or early departure will be charged 100% of the total stay.
We recommend that you take out insurance against cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances.
Booking conditions & Terms
For bookings of 4 nights or less, full payment is required in advance at the time of making your reservation to secure your booking.
For a booking of 5 nights or more, full payment of 4 nights is required in advance at the time of making your reservation. The balance for any remaining days will be automatically charged to your credit card on your arrival at Val des Roses.
In order to secure a reservation, please e-mail us your full name, full address, e-mail address and telephone number along with the dates required for your stay. Please also supply us with your credit card details and expiry date. Please note, we only accept VISA and Mastercard.
